A STRUCTURED PRE-INCUBATION PROGRAM FOR AMBITIOUS POST-SECONDARY YOUTH ASPIRING TO TURN THEIR CAREER PURSUITS INTO A FORCE FOR DOING GOOD IN THE WORLD

TAOTIC enables ambitious university and college students and recent graduates to directly transition from schooling into becoming well-versed social-tech startup founders through a sponsored pre-incubation program.

The program involves 15 to 18 months of accelerated career transition process consisted of structured growth hacking challenges, also known as growth hack sprints, with free on-demand access to organized and curated multimedia guiding resources and tailored coaching to help the learners accomplish their growth hacking challenges through continuous self-directed and collaborative learning practices, while also getting on-demand access to interim remote work opportunities as a means for earning recurring monthly income for their sustenance.

The pre-incubation program is divided into TAOTIC Interning and TAOTIC Pre-founding stages that are intended to build a pipeline of well-versed social-tech startup founders to fill the technology related startup talent and gender gaps.

The program is a fully sponsored by proceeds from TAOTIC Sponsorship Fund which is financed through TAOTIC revenue generating activities like provision of hybrid accounting process management system and other business development support services to startups and scalable SMEs in areas related to legal and regulatory compliance, funding and financial management and access to interim and remote workforce.
